I know what you're thinking....another fundraiser oh boy. I'm here to tell you that this is not just any cause to donate to. After having personally volunteered for Tour de Simcha and Bike 4 Chai last year I have witnessed the incredible work of an amazing organization -Chai Lifeline. An organization solely devoted to helping support kids suffering from pediatric illness. Being there at the world's greatest finish line and watching the energy of the awesome campers, devoted counselors, motivated bikers, and tour de simcha staff has blown me away beyond words! I cannot even begin to share with you how touched I was walking away. I left the event with a smile on my face and a fluttering heart (I know it sounds cheesy, but really felt that way!) I told myself that Be'ezrat Hashem with Hashem's Help I will be a rider next year at the 2020 tour de simcha ride and also bike through the world's greatest finish line while helping a cause very dear to me. I'm hoping that with your help I can raise the funds needed to make these children and their families lives better in all aspects. With Hashem help I will bike through NJ, PA and NY, totaling not 10, not 50, not 80, but yes...100 miles till I reach Camp Simcha, a remarkable overnight camp that provides seriously ill children with a vacation from sickness, restoring their spirits and renewing their determination to fight.
The ride won't be easy; neither is life for a child with cancer or other serious illness. Camp Simcha and its sister camp, Camp Simcha Special, are Chai Lifeline’s flagship programs.
